  • 4 small plum tomatoes
  • 2 shakes of pepper
  • 2 shakes of onion salt
  • 1 large bowl
  • Small pan with raised edges
  • Small cap of olive oil

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350º. Cut tomatoes in half and gut out seeds. Put them in large bowl with pepper and onion salt and olive oil, then toss like professional chefs. Dump into small pan with raised edges and cook until the olive oil on tomatoes looks brown. Or 8- 10 minutes. Then serve!
