Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes or yams, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
- 6 Tablespoons cinnamon-butter, melted
- 1 Tablespoon firmly packed light brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Toss potatoes, 2 tablespoons cinnamon-butter and brown sugar in large bowl. Arrange potatoes on baking sheet in single layer. Roast, stirring once, 35 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with remaining 4 tablespoons Spread.
