Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 grapefruit, cut into segments
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 sprig fresh oregano, chopped
- 2 tbsp. (choice) of citrus juice
- 1 chopped green onion
- lettuce
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together shrimp, grapefruit, avocado and mayo. Add onion, juice and toss to blend. Sprinkle with oregano and serve on a bed of lettuce.
