Strawberry butter

Ingredients

• 1 pint of strawberries (fresh) or 10 oz. frozen
• 1/2 pound of butter softened
• 1 cup of confectioners sugar, 1/2 cup if using frozen
• berries.

Preparation

Step 1

Place in food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy. Chill.
