CHICKEN MARINADE

This is a quick and easy marinade that makes tender juicy chicken every time.
If grilling isn't an option, bake it in a 350 degree oven until chicken is cooked through.

Ingredients
- 1 BEATEN EGG
- 1/4 CUP OIL
- 1 CUP CIDER VINEGAR
- 1 TBSP. SALT
- 1 1/4 TSP. PEPPER
- 1/4 TSP. POULTRY SEASONING
Preparation
Step 1
BRING ALL INGREDIENTS TO BOIL, STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
POUR OVER CHICKEN, SKIN SIDE DOWN (you can also use boneless, skinless chicken)
LET SIT 1 HOUR.
START COOKING SKIN SIDE UP.
BASTE WHILE COOKING.
DISCARD UNUSED MARINADE.
