Easy Lemon Ice

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Jell-O jelly powder
  • 1 cup cold club soda
  • zest and juice from lemon
  • Cool Whip or aerosol whipped topping
  • fresh strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Add 1 cup boiling water to jelly powder in medium bowl. Stir 2 mins. until dissolved. Stir in soda, zest and juice. Pour into 9" square pan. Cover. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer. Let stand at room temperature for 10 mins. Use fork to scrape jelly mixture into small pieces. Spoon into dessert dishes. Top each with 1 tbsp. Cool Whip and 1 berry. Serve immediately. Freeze leftovers.
