POTTED MEATBALLS

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 medium onions - chopped
  • 2 large stalks of celery - diced
  • 8 ounce can on tomato sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • oregano
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Chop onions and dice celery.

Add seasonings and tomato sauce.

Mix well together in covered sauce pan

Make large meatballs and place in pan on top of sauce.

Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
