Ingredients
- 2 lbs stew meat or Tips
- 1 tbl dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 28 oz Tomato Puree
- 3 tbl Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Dry off meat and rub in mixture of:
dry mustard + pepper + flour + 1/2 tsp salt (shake in a baggie)
Brown meat in grapeseed oil in pressure cooker
Now switch to pressure mode, and add in tomato puree, 1/4 cup water,
worcestershire sauce,brown sugar and 1 tsp salt.
Pressure cook for 30-40 min.
Serve with cooked egg noodles.
