Ingredients

Inside:
1 lb butter
18 oz jar peanut butter
2 lb confectioner's sugar
Coating:
12 oz bag milk chocolate or semi sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter, peanut butter and confectioner's sugar together and form into walnut size balls. Chill for one hour

Melt chocolate chips in microwave. Dip chilled balls in chocolate and place on waxed paper to set.
