- 1 cup soft shortening
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda

Preparation
Step 1
Cream granulated sugar and shortening. Add eggs. Sift remaining ingredients together and add. Blend well. Chill dough. Roll into balls. Roll balls in mixture of 3 T. granulated sugar and 1 t. cinnamon. Bake 10 minutes. at 350.
