Grilled Turkey Scaloppini with Dijon Sauce

  • 1 lb. turkey scaloppini
  • 1/4 cup each: oil, honey
  • 2 tbsp. each: Dijon mustard, lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • Halved mushrooms and sliced onion rings



Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Brush on turkey. Grill turkey, mushrooms and onions over medium heat 2-4 mins. each side, or until cooked.
