Ingredients

  • 1 pound lamb (cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients and let meat marinate for 30 minutes to overnight.
2. Skewer the meat.
3. Cook on the grill or under a broiler for about 8-10 minutes for medium rare.
