Chipotle Marinated Pork Tenderloin

You can poke a few holes in the tenderloin to let it seep in or marinate it overnight.

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 1/2 Tbsp pureed chipotle in adobo (adjust to desired level of heat)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine pureed chipotle, orange juice, lime juice, vinegar, oregano, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over pork and marinate in the refrigerator 1 to 8 hours.
Remove the pork from the marinade and grill 12-15 minutes. Let pork rest 5 minutes before slicing.
