Ingredients
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- Blend until crumbs form. Press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 10 minutes
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup cream or canned milk
- 6 egg yolks
- 5 cups finely chopped rhubarb
- Mix. Put on base and bake 1 hour.
- Beat egg whites with 8 tablespoons sugar (2 at a time) and 2 tsp vanilla
- Bake until golden
