Ingredients
- chicken breasts, cubed and cooked til done.
- 1-8 oz can pineapple tidbits with juice
- 1/4 c shredded coconut
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 tsp jerk seasoning
- 1/2 t ground cinnamon
- pinch chili powder
- pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper
- Cooked rice or noodles

Step 1
Cook chicken in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients except rice and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles
