Ingredients

  • 1 , 8 oz. pkg. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 , 8 oz pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp each red bell pepper and green onion
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • dash of ground red paper
  • touch of garlic powder
  • parsley and red papper circles for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cheddar cheese and cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add juice, bell pepper, onion, worcestershire sauce and ground pepper; mix well. You may need to use your hands for this. Refrigerate several hours or overnight in a container tightly covered.

Place drinking glass in center of serving platter. Drop round tablespoonfuls of mixture to form ring around glass, just touching outer edge of glass; smooth with spatula. Remove glass.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and red pepper circles. Add a big bow at the bottom if desired.
