Ingredients
- Cannoli Shells:
- 4 packages of PC puff pastry
- Cream Filling:
- 2 packages of instant vanilla pudding
- 1 litre whipping cream
- 1 box of PC instant french vanilla cappucino (2 tbsp)
- Accesories
- 1 package of large baking cups (100)
- icing sugar
- tray with lid
- 3 doilies
- DEFROST PUFF PASTRY IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cannoli Shells:
Lightly grease each tube with crisco. Unroll the puff pastry and begin cutting into strips (10).
Wrap each strip off puff pastry tightly around each tube overlaping 3 to 5 times. Place the wrapped tubes on a parchment paper covered baking sheet.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes on the middle rack in the oven.
Cream Filling:
In a bowl put instant pudding, instant cappucino mixture and whipping cream and beat on medium speed until thick and well combined.
