Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 C PANCAKE MIX
  • 1/2 t CINNAMON
  • 1/8 t GINGER
  • 2/3 C WATER
  • 1/3 C CANNED PUMPKIN

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a bowl, mix together the mix, cinnamon, and ginger.
In small bowl, whisk pumpkin and water until blended, stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
