Ingredients
- 1/2 green cabbage, chopped 1/2
- 6 green onions, chopped 6
- 50 ml almonds, toasted & slivered 1/4 cup
- 50 ml sunflower seeds, toasted 1/4 cup
- 1 pkg japanese style noodles, crushed 1 pkg
- 50 ml vinegar 1/4 cup
- 50 ml vegetable oil 1/4 cup
- seasoning package from noodles -
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all salad ingredients except noodles. Before serving; toss noodles with the salad ingredients. Combine vinegar, vegetable oil and seasoning package. Mix well and pour over vegetables. Serve immediately.
