- 4 cups raspberries, clean and dry
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 40mins
1) Puree raspberries in a blender or food processer. Strain puree to remove seeds.
2) Add lemon juice and sugar to the puree. Mix with hand mixer. Add milk and mix until well combined and frothy.
3) Refrigerate 20 mins. Make according to your ice cream mixer directions. Store in freezer in airtight container.
