Ingredients
- 16 ounces package frozen corn, thawed
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup (1 ounce) sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives
- 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine corn, onion, green pepper, and olives.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili seasoning mix, salt, and black pepper. Mix into corn mixture.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, or until ready to serve.
