  • 1 Cup Semi-Sweet European Chocolate
  • 2/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream (preferably Organic)

Step 1

Melt chocolate in a double boiler, (REMEMBER to check your water level – you want to fill the pan at least 1/4-1/3 full) and add cream, mix to incorporate and pour!
