Sweet and Sour Chicken - Slo cooker

Ingredients

• chicken pieces,
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 6 oz lemonade concentrate, thawed
• 3 t br sugar
• 3 t ketchup
• 1 t vinegar
• 2 t cornstarch
• 2 t cold water

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken in crockpot
Sprinkle with salt and pour remaining 4 ingredients over, mixed
Cover and cook LO 6-7 hours

mix cornstarch and water and stir in to sauce in pan to thicken
Cook 2 minutes more
pour over chicken

serve over rice
