Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients together. Then stir in the chocolate chips.

Using your hands, form the dough into golf-sized balls (approximately 1 1/2 inches) and place onto a baking sheet about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Then using a spatula, transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.

Makes 12-14 cookies.
