  • bag of sauerkraut,drained
  • 1 onion peeled and cut in half
  • 1/4 stick of butter
  • flour

Preparation

Step 1

drain sauerkraut
cook with onion for 20 minutes
add 1/4 stick butter with flour to make a roux
