double the recipe for deep dish

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup wt. corn syrup
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 3 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 cups pecans-1 for batter, 1 for top

Preparation

Step 1

cream butter and sugar till light and slowly stir rest of ingredients except nuts. stir in 1 cup nuts and pour in shell and top with other cup of nuts.

bake 55 min. at 350.
