HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING

Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil (or cooking oil)
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
- 1/3 cup creamed honey (not liquid)
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh or bottled
- 1 garlic clove
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Put into container. Cover. Stores in refrigerator for at least 6 months. If too thick as it stands, run through blender before using.
