Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 5 Tablespoons White Onions
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 6 oz. Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 Cups Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Cracked black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons shallot
- 3 Tablespoons Garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Puree all ingredients except oil. Drizzle in oil to emulsify. Toss with bite size Romaine lettuce, thinly sliced red onion rings, croutons, and shaved Romano cheese.
