APPLE SOUR CREAM COFF CAKE

Ingredients

• 11/2 cups of flour
• 3/4 brown sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3/4 sour cream
• 2 tab vegetable oil
• 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees. coat 9 inch square pan with cooking oil.

Stir together flour,sugar,baking soda,baking powder,cinnamon and salt in large bowl.

In small bowl together sourcream ,oil,and applesauce stir into flour mixture just nmix (do not beat).

Spoon batter into parpered pan. bake 40-45 min.
