Passover Bagels

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c water
  • 1 c matza meal
  • 1/3 c oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 T sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Bring oil, water, salt and sugar to a boil. Stir in matza meal. Boil for a second more. Remove from heat and let cool.

Beat in eggs one at a time. Form batter into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.

Press finger in center to form a bagel.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
