Sweet Corn Salsa

Ingredients

• 1 can yellow sweet corn, drained
• 1 can white corn, drained
• 2 cans black beans, drained
• 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
• 1 small red onion, chopped
• 1 small red pepper, seeded and chopped finely
• 1/4 c. lime juice
• 2 T. olive oil
• 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
• Salt, pepper and cilantro, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and chill. Makes a fresh side dish or lots of dip.
