Ingredients
- 3 - TBL Flour
- Salt and pepper
- 6 chicken breast
- 1 Tbl olive oil
- 1 cup balsamic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp rosemary

Preparation
Step 1
Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper
Heat in skillet and brown on both sides 2 min each
Add vinegar and bring to a boil
Reduce heat and reduce vinegar by 2/3
Add broth simmer until cooked (10 min)
Remove chicken.
Add rosemary and reduce sauce.
