Chocolate crack cookies

Preheat oven, 350°, middle rack.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of sugar Honey Graham crackers,
  • 2 sticks salted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed down
  • 2 cups (12 oz.) chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Line a cookie sheet, with aluminum foil, turn up edges if using, a sheet with no edges. Spray with Pam spray, add graham crackers, set aside.
Add butter, and brown sugar. Boil for exactly 5 min. stirring constantly. Pour butter mixture, over graham crackers bake 350°, 10 min. run the mixture across the graham crackers. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, spread with a knife to Frost the cookies refrigerate.
