Castor Oil Cookies

100 year old recipe

Ingredients

• 1 C sugar
• 1 C molasses
• 1 C milk
• 1/2 C castor oil
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. soda
• 2 tsp. ginger
• flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients, using enough flour to make a dough that can be rolled. Roll out, cut and bake in quick oven.

I put a little frosting on made with just powdered sugar and water.
