Zabaione Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 8 Tbsp. Marsala wine
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. Confectioners sugar or Truvia sugar substitute
  • 1/4 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In a chilled bowl whip cream, sugar and vanilla until creamy.

In a double broiler combine eggs, Marsala wine, sugar and vanilla. Whip until foamy and slightly thickened(about 4min.) Remove from boiling water and cool.

Combine egg mixture with whipped cream and serve.
