- 2 CUPS CUBED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1 /C CUP WHITE WINE
- 2 TBSP SOFT, BUTTER
- 1/2 TSP PREPARED MUSTARD
- 2 BEATEN EGGS
- 1 1/2 CUPS HALF/HALF
- 3 TBSP CANNED GREEN CHILIES
- 1/2 CUP FINE DRY BREAD CRUMBS OR BUTTERED CROUTONS.
