Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/4 cup milk, room temperature
  • 1 14 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a small mixing bowl,beat eggs at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light and yellow (1-2 minutes)
Add milk, continue beating for 1 minute it incorporate air.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour batter into greased popover pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat ot 350 degrees.\
DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Insert knife in popover to allow steaam to escape.
