Ingredients

  • 6 slices bread
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups Half & Half
  • 5 oz. Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Butter bread, cut off crust, cut into cubes.
Saute and drain sausage.
Crumble over bread crumbs.
Beat eggs.
Mix in milk and eggs.
Pour over bread and sausage.
Sprinkle cheese over this.
Let set overnight in fridge.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees uncovered.
