Ingredients
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddarcheese
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1/4 tea. garlic powder
- dash cayenne pepper
- dash pepper
- 2 packages frozen miniature phyllo tart shells
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Place tart shells on an ungreased baking sheet; fill each with two teaspoons mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until filling is set and shells are lightly browned.
Serve warm.
