Ingredients
- 1 package (13.8oz.) refriegerated pizza crust
- 40 z. thickly sliced Colby & Monterey Jack cheese blend, divided
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 2 green onions with tops, thinkly sliced
- 2 . tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 2 small plum tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat overn to 450 degrees. Unroll dough onto Rectangle Stone, shaping into a 9x13 inch rectangle. Cut into 20 squares using a pizza cutter.
2. Chop ham , grate cheese, dice bell pepper and thinly slice green onions. In a large bowl, combine ham, 1/2 cup of the cheese, bell pepper, green onions, mayonnaise, mustard and garlic pressed.
3. Slice tomatoes; cut slices in half. Place one scoop ham mixture onto each square of dough. Top each square with one tomato half. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bring two opposite corners of dough squares up over ham mixture and twist to secure. Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until golen brown. Serve warm
