Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 5-6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 large pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 to 1 stick butter
  • Corn flakes or bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, except butter and corn flakes or bread crumbs. Spread in 9x13" baking dish. Pour melted butter and then corn flakes over top. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
