Ingredients

  • 4 cups garbanzo beans, drained (Two 16 oz can)
  • 1 cup tahini*
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 3 or 4 cloves of garlic, minced (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
