Ingredients
- 2 cans refried beans
- 1 pint sour cream
- l/2 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 avacados
- 2 Tbsp picante sauce
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- l/2 lb. ground beef crumbled and browned
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 small can chopped black olives
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sour cream with taco seasoning. Make guacamole by mashing 2 avacadoes with 2 T. picante sauce and 2 t. lemon juice.
Layer the dip: beans, sour cream, guacamole, ground beef, cheddar cheese tomato and olives in a casserole dish. Serve with chips.
