Ingredients
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1/2-1 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 Potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 6 Carrots, cut in chunks
- 1 Large Onion, cut in rings
Preparation
Step 1
Step One
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a bowl and mix well, I use my hands, and form into 4 hamburger patties.
Step Two
Chop veggies and divide up onto 4 pieces of foil and then place the hamburger patty (raw) on top and close up the foil pouch.
Step Three
4 pouches per amount listed in recipe. Place pouches in slow cooker (stacking is okay).
Step Four
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours, or until hamburger meat is cooked through.
Browning patties (just a few seconds on each side) in a skillet before is also an option.
