strawberry pretzel salad

  • 2 cups finely crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup sugar divided
  • 2/3 cup melted butter
  • 12 oz. cr. cheese soft
  • 2 tab. milk
  • 1 cup thawed cool whip
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 8 serving size strawberry jello 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1 qt strawberries sliced



Step 1

350-mix pretzels, 1/4 cup sugar, and butter and press on bottom of 13x9 pan bake 10 min and cool
beat cr. cheese and remaining sugar and milk till blended and stir in cool whip- spoon over crust and put in fridge

stir boiling water in jello at least 2 min till dissolved and then stir in cold water-fridge 1 hour till thickened and stir in berries ans spoon over cream cheese-fridge 3 hours
