- 4 Earl Grey tea bags

- 1/2 cup orange blossom water
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 orange, peel zested in large strips, juiced
- 1 lemon, peel zested in large strips, juiced
Preparation
Step 1
Directions
In a medium saucepan, add the tea bags and water. Steep the tea bags for 3 minutes and then remove them from the pan. Stir in the orange blossom water and honey. Add the juice of the orange and lemon, as well as the peels. Bring to simmer and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve the tea in warm mugs with pieces of the orange and lemon peel as garnish.
The reason we are using orange and lemon is to mimic bergamot, which is the citrus in Earl Grey tea.
