Salmon Salad with Peas and Dill

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flaked salmon (poached or canned)
  • 1 cup thawed frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 8 finely chopped baby dills
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Juice of one lime

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve on toast or on top of salad greens.
