Ingredients
- 1 box – 3 5/8 oz. – butterscotch pudding and pie filling (not instant)
- 1 1/4 C of milk
- 1 1/2 C pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pudding as on box but only with amount of milk specified above. When done, mix in pumpkin, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon. Fill cooled pie shell. Spread cool whip over top and refrigerate.
