Ingredients
- 2 tab. sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 whole eggs
- 4 tab. unsalted butter melted
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- vanilla to taste
- 8 1 in. thick slices soft french bread cut into 1 in. cubes
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 2 tab. oj

Step 1
375-whisk sugar, milk, eggs, 3 tab. butter and cinnamon and vanilla-gently toss bread in mixture till coated-spread remaining butter on cookie sheet and add bread cubes in single layer and bake 12 to 15 min
sauce-combine jam and oj and microwave 1 min and stir till smooth
