bananas foster

Ingredients

• 3 tab. unsalted butter
• 3 tab. light brown sugar
• 2 tab. oj
• pinch of cinnamon
• 3 firm ripe bananas cut into 1/2 inch coins

Preparation

Step 1

place butter and sugar in skillet over medium
cook till melted and stir for about 2 min and add oj and cinnamon and cook till thick and shiny 1 to 2 min more-add bananas and cook till warm and slightly soft turning once-serve over fr. toast, crepes, waffles etc.
